The Story of Baby Sock

You never know how long an FeLV+ kitty will live, but what’s important is the quality of life that they do get. We spoiled Sock rotten for the time she was with us, and we never regret having her in our life, despite how short that time was. It was a painful time for us, but it was never really about us. It was about giving Sock a home, making her a part of the family, and taking care of her until the end. And for that opportunity, I will be forever grateful.

St. George

After spending a few weeks with him we realized he was a bit of a problem child, tending to bite and scratch anytime we got near him. We decided to put up with it and just not really pet him since he didn't like it. Fast forward three years and he now loves to cuddle under blankets and purrs loud.
